Maybe you’ve heard: “Think less, be more.” But how? You’re someone who doesn’t just want to change—you need to understand why the patterns are there in the first place. Why you procrastinate. Why you put others’ needs before yours. Why perfectionism shows up, even when you’re exhausted.
You’ve tried to push through. You’ve been told to relax, let it go, stop overthinking. But that’s not how your mind works.
You’re not dramatic. You’re not too sensitive. You’re wired to go deep. And for you, knowing the why is what unlocks the path forward.
I work with people like you—root-cause thinkers who feel different and want something real. Together, we explore the patterns, programming, and parts of you that keep getting in the way—not to fix you, but to help you understand yourself enough to trust yourself again.
We look at how your system is built: how you make decisions, relate to pressure, set boundaries, recharge, and communicate. We get honest about what’s yours and what was never meant to be.
Because once you get it, once it clicks, something shifts. You stop faking it. You stop numbing out. You start moving differently.

You are the elephant
Imagine four people in a dark room with an elephant, none of them knowing what it is.
One touches the ear: “It’s like paper.”
Another presses the belly: “It’s a wall.”
The third grabs a leg: “It’s a tree trunk.”
The last holds the tail: “It’s a rope.”
They’re all partly right—and also wrong. But one being in the room knows the full truth: The elephant.
The elephant knows its own shape, not because it studied itself, but because it is itself. It feels every part from the inside. It remembers what it’s been, what it’s becoming.
Just like you. You are the elephant. And, so am I.
Others may see parts of us—our role, our talents, our vibe.
They might call us hardworking, sensitive, brilliant, aloof, generous, confident.
But they’re just holding one piece. No one sees it all.
Except you. You have the most access to all of you. You are the expert on you. Just as I am the expert on me. And a seven year-old is the expert on being a seven year-old far better than any adult.
You’ve lived every moment of your life. You hold all of it—your humor, emotion, belief, contradiction. You are the only expert on you there is.
So why do we still feel lost? Disconnected?
Because we’re constantly told who we’re supposed to be—by family, systems, media, even well-meaning people.
That’s where our work comes in. As a coach, I don’t tell you who you are. I help you remember. Together, we spot the conditioning, name what’s been hidden, and make the unconscious conscious.
And from that place, you choose: To act. To heal. To show up as the real you—full send, unapologetic, alive.

Option One: Life Coaching À La Carte
High-impact, 60-minute sessions in CliftonStrengths or Human Design—booked for yourself or as a gift. These power hours deliver tangible insights and practical next steps you can apply the same day.

Option Two: Transformational Coaching | 3-6 Months
For those ready to create deep, lasting change with ongoing, all-in support. This is more than a weekly call—it’s a season of your life where I’m in your corner, available throughout the week to help you define, refine, and follow through on a new vision for your life.
We work in an unlimited coaching model: at least one deep-dive call per week via Zoom, with extra sessions scheduled as needed—no extra charge. Between calls, you have direct access to me by phone and text for in-the-moment support.
Life isn’t lived in a single 60-minute slot, so neither is our work together. Over 3–6 months, we clear blocks, break patterns, integrate lost parts, and step into the next version of yourself—grounded in data, science, and a trauma-informed approach.
Tools & modalities we draw on include: CliftonStrengths, Human Design, somatics and nervous system awareness, high-performance habits, mindfulness, trauma-informed visualization, breathwork, non-violent communication, attachment theory, push/pull energetics, archetypes, storytelling, and holistic wellness.

Human Design
readings
For Individuals: 60-minute one-on-one deep dive into your Human Design. We cover all the fundamentals and need-to-knows of your chart—with a focus on answering the question: ‘How can I use my Human Design’ starting now? What makes a reading with me different is that I won’t try to explain every detail of your chart—books can tell you all of that. Instead, what I love to do is to use Human Design to explore a current challenge or experience you’re working through here and now. Where do you feel lost or stuck? Where are the mysteries getting in the way? How is Human Design relevant to the real world? Let me show you.

For Coaches: I work with coaches for seasons of 5-weeks, 3-months, and 6-months using Human Design to amplify the impact you have with each client. Each season is tailored around what you, as a coach, are wanting and needing. For some coaches, I meet 1:1 with each of their clients for a private reading and offer insights based on the charts (ie best practices for coaching a 1/3 Manifestor). For other coaches, I never meet their clients directly—I meet 1:1 with them (the coach) and we explore each client’s chart (always with the client’s knowledge beforehand). And, at times, we choose a blend of both styles and I meet with both coach and client. What Is Human Design?
Human Design was created in 1987 by Ra Uru Hu on the island of Ibiza and the system itself contains the confluence of many things, including astrology, the I Ching, western psychology, archetypes, biology and genetics, the Hindu Brahman Chakra System, and elements of the Kabballah as well as others. Human Design is a system made of systems—some cosmic, some data-driven, some personal. The element that makes Human Design unique among other systems like it is that it relies on our own personal experience and encourages us to treat our lives with curiosity and spaciousness—to explore more and to experiment.
Human Design is the science of differentiation. It’s like having a user’s manual to our unique wiring how we best operate in the game of life—not just mentally, but holistically down to the cellular level. It offers guidance that is personal and unique to our individual decision making process and illustrates how we can best create our lives with intention and alignment, rather than fear, scarcity, and comparison.
Five Basics to Know About Human Design:
1. Everyone Has a Type: Human Design has five broad Types, each which expresses a unique way of interacting with the world: those who lead, those who build, those who guide, those who mirror, and those who multitask.
2. Each Type Has a Strategy for Making Decisions: Our Strategy is like the roadmap for how we can put ourselves into alignment with our highest timeline. Your Strategy is the one specific approach you can take—each one of us—that will deliver consistently meaningful results.
3. Everyone Has an Authority: From the perspective of Human Design, no one is supposed to make decisions with their head. We’ve all been conditioned to believe that decision making is a mental process (pro/con, 5-year plan, etc.) The brain, mind, and head are here, first and foremost, to be the witnesses of our lives. Beyond that, we are each designed with an Authority, which acts like a micro-brain, which offers each of us the correct way to make decisions in our lives.
4. We Each Have 1 of 12 Profiles: Profile in Human Design is about how you play your character. How are you designed to get things done? Profile offers the strategic details for fulfilling your purpose and understanding your life’s significant themes. It also specifies your personal magnetism by clarifying what others naturally expect from you energetically or unconsciously. Profile is often what others see in us and want from us.
5. What Is The BodyGraph: The BodyGraph is the core visual representation of our Human Design chart. It maps our unique constellation of channels, gates, energy centers, as well as our conscious and unconscious astrology. It may look like a randomly interconnected circuit of colors, lines, numbers and shapes, but each detail means something specific and unique to your chart.

I’ve spent the last ten years coaching, teaching, and training all over the world but at the heart of it, my work is simple: I sit with people as they remember who they are.
Human Design is my main tool, but not the only one. I’m trained in StrengthsFinder, Adlerian Psychology, and addiction recovery. I have advanced degrees in pedagogy and writing as well as certifications in leadership from Gallup, Inc in CliftonStrengths Coaching and SSC in Human Design Coaching. In 2021 I earned a Master Coach certification from the Elementum Coaching Institute. What matters isn’t the list—it’s having the experience to know the right approach for the moment.
